Return and Exchange Policy

Purchases placed through our online store at figkosher.com can be returned for a refund within 7 days .
To be eligible for a pre-paid return good cause has to be established (e.g. defective device)
If you would like to initiate a return without a factory defect being established, we will gladly accept it at the shipping expense of the customer
To initiate a return email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item and include any accessories received in the box with the device, such as chargers and batteries along with the original box.
When am I not eligible?
- if device is broken, scratched, obvious wear or has any sort of water damage it is not eligible for a refund.
- If the protective film of the complimentary screen protector is removed
- if any part of the box or it's contents are missing
IMPORTANT: Purchases placed via Resellers, Dealers, or other sources are subject to their own return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products sold outside of our online store.
Once we receive your item and our team has processed the return, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees will be paid for by us a complimentary gesture to show how much we love our customers.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing the refund. The time it takes the credit to apply to your account will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If your device fails due to manufacturer defect within 1 year, you are entitled to exchange the device for a replacement of equal value. Please contact us for a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item and include any accessories received in the box with the device, such as chargers and batteries. Do note that manufacturers defects only include premature failure during normal use. If the phone has been physically abused, screens cracked, or exposed to water, we provide our Replacement options instead of a $50 discount. A free label will be provided to return the phone for inspection.
We will issue a printable return shipping label for Warranty Returns. Any shipping paid on the original purchase is not refundable.
Shipping of new purchases are shipped by either USPS or UPS standard shipping for free Shipping orders. Upgraded shipping is shipped by 1-2 days UPS.
